Please suggest if Company A has been merged with Company B. The Scheme is effective and operative from 01.05.2020 and the appointed day of scheme was 01.04.2016. Then Company B will file the consolidated figure of A and B while calculating the networth for the purpose of form DPT-3 or last year audited standalone of company B further the consolidated balance sheet is not audited yet.
