Queries raised by ROC in resubmission of Form STK-2.
The Company has carried on business in the preceding 2 FY; however, the Company has only earned Misc Income from other activities in preceding 2 FY.
Please clarify as to whether the other misc income earned by company amounts to business income & hence, the Company is barred from making application from String Off with ROC?
