while filling up e-form INC 28 , itis asking for "Certified copy of orders passed by RD"
we got email communication from RD saying orders passed approving the request.
Now is it enough if I attach the orders as received via email or is there any other procedure to get the "Certified copy of the orders passed"
pl share your views on this and the procedure if any as to how to get the "Certified copy", as this process is to be completed within 15 days of the orders passed by the RD.
Will the notifications, circulars, rules, orders issued for certain type of companies under Companies Act 1956 still be applicable for those companies under the Companies Act 2013?
