1. Filing of INC23 for application to Regional Director application seeking shifting of registered office from one ROC to another but same state
2. Newspaper advertisement is it required?
3. GNL-1 is it required?

Wanted clarity on this:-
Chinchwad is a Suburb of Pune City, however, both has different Municipal corporation.. So if a company moves from Chanchwad to Pune City Area, will it be called "Change within local limits of city" or "Outside local limits of city"?
