Hi Experts, I have some queries regarding Restricted Stock Units; 1. Can a Public Unlisted Company grant Restricted Stock unit to only of its one senior employee or there should be proper scheme for all the employees? 2. Can Company deny granting RSUs at the time of vesting period? legal implications if any? 3. Does the employee legally have any right to challenge the company's decision of not granting RSU at the time of vesting period? Kindly suggest and help on the same. Thanks Amir
