Anyone has anytime taken certified true copy of the forms filed with MCA..How does the process goes...ON MCA website we get a field Certified True copy but the site is not working

Can certified true copy of resolution by circulation passed by all directors/majority of directors be given to outside authorities until it is taken note of in next board meeting ?

Is it mandatory for a PCS to sign / certify a board resolution copy.
Is it not enough if a Director who has been authorised to certify the board resolution as a true copy, signs it.
Pl share ur views on this, and if PCS, has to sign, Pl give reference to such provisions in the Co's Act 2013
