What are the ways through which a natural person can be an SBO by virtue of holding?

In BEN-1 and BEN-2, whenever we select "By Virtue of Shares", are we required to select "By Virtue of Voting Rights" and "By Virtue of Rights on Dividend" also as shares give voting rights and rights on dividend?
Or are we supposed to only choose "By Virtue of Shares"? And "By Virtue of Voting Rights" and "By Virtue of Rights on Dividend" should be chosen only when there are differential voting rights and differential rights to dividend?
