    Dear All,

    • Dear Sohil,

No, System prevents application of name reservation in case proposed name is already‘Applied for’ and payment is already made for such SRN. Stakeholders should avoid this and wait for a reasonable time for payment confirmation before applying the same name again.

      Hope it helps

    • No, it is not possible to apply for a name with more than one SRN (Service Request Number) on MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) in India. Each application for name reservation is assigned a unique SRN, and only one SRN can be associated with a particular application.

If multiple applications are filed for the same name, each application will be assigned a separate SRN. However, only one of the applications will be approved, and the other applications will be rejected. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the proposed name is unique and does not conflict with any existing or reserved names before filing the application.

    • oh, yes, distinct registration requests must be made in order to receive a unique and particular SRN for each actor role if the economic operator has numerous roles. electron dash
