For the change in name of the LLP due to a change in business, we need to file Form 3. While preparing the forms and drafts, the following queries arise:
1. Do we only need to prepare/draft the supplementary LLP Agreement, or do we also need to draft a fresh LLP Agreement?
2. In our case, there are 2 Designated Partners from Delhi along with 1 partner from Jhansi in the LLP, and this arrangement will continue after the name change. Do we also need stamp paper from Uttar Pradesh for the agreement, or any other requirements?
