Status of e-Form SH 7 - Pending For Related e-Form Processing

Dear All,

I have uploaded SH 7 for an increase in authorised capital within 30 days duly. The status of the same shows at present "PENDING FOR RELATED EFORM PROCESSING"

Can anyone clarify about this status.

V2 portal is Version 2 of the MCA portal which was used to file various forms relating to
Companies and LLP’s . LLP Services have been discontinued on V2 portal and have been
migrated to V3 portal.

Dear All

We got resubmission for Company regarding mentioning of Proper address like House No. ETC.. But now, Promoters wants to change the address and want to resubmit for different address.

Will it be possible to change the address of Company while resubmitting the form?
