Share Stamp Duty in The State of Arunachal Pradesh

Hello Everyone,

I have to pay share stamp duty in the state of Arunachal Pradesh on the issued debentures (issued in November 2020).

how can we pay the share stamp duty on this.

earlier to June 2020, it was paid Rs. 5 per share certificate.
