I had a query please help to resolve the same over the captioned subject.
Query :-
Wholly owned subsidiaries of PSB's Bank like - BOBCAP, PNB Investment, CENTBANK Financial are mentioned under company Sub -Category as Union Govt Company on MCA , whereas SBI CAPITAL Market which is also a wholly owned subsidiary of SBI Bank showing Non- Govt Company why?? It is optional to select the union/non-govt company.
