Dear Friends,
I had a query please help to resolve the same over the captioned subject.
Query :-
Wholly owned subsidiaries of PSB's Bank like - BOBCAP, PNB Investment, CENTBANK Financial are mentioned under company Sub -Category as Union Govt Company on MCA , whereas SBI CAPITAL Market which is also a wholly owned subsidiary of SBI Bank showing Non- Govt Company why?? It is optional to select the union/non-govt company.

Dear Members, Any idea about this?? We applied name and they rejected on below remarks. Due to word "BHARAT" the proposed name creates impression that the company is in any way connected with, or having the patronage of the Government. Thus it is not considerable as per the provisions of section 4(3) (a) of the Companies Act 2013, hence provide the prior approval of Central Govt.

Please Guide In case of Govt Company, what will be the reason for cessation of Directorship at point No. xix IN DIR 12. As in Govt Company there is no Resignation By Director, Only transfer of Nominated Person take place. my Second Query is DIR 11 also required to File in this case. Q. Curtsy: CS Shilpi Soni
