Is a valuation report required for LLP-1 filings for:
1. Initial subscription filings
2. Further increase of capital contribution?
If yes, what would be the underlying asset used to ascertain fair value (similar to company filings where shares or debentures are considered)?
Kindly provide guidance on this matter. If available, please share a valuation report for reference.

As the audit of many OPCs have completed just in the month of January 21 itself(15.1.2021)....and signing date if before 31st Dec....can we show the date of AGM in OPCs as 31.12.2020 and file the AOC-4 or.....shud it have been filed within 180 days from the close of FY.???

One of the LLP is converted to a company on 15.03.2019.
1. Should the company file annual returns for 2019-20
2. Should it include all the transactions (sale/purchase etc) of the LLP in its financial year of 2019-20?

A Private Limited company got struck off by the ROC due to non-filings, and there are only 2 Directors, One Director was not traceable for revival of the company.

I am making delayed filing in case of a LLP..
Now in this case i have filed Form 3, the initial agreement...while I am trying to upload Form 4, it is giving me a pre scrutiny error tht pls file Form 3 first
So is it tht until my Form 3 gets approved by mca, i wont be able to file form 4?
Secondly what abt yearly filing of form 8 and form 11...pending filing of form 4 and approval of form 3 can i not file form 11 and form 8, as form 11 is abt partners details only whose consent i have not filed yet...
Kindly share your personal experience in this case pls
