While Filling Fillip web form it asks for only one designated partner details what about second designated partner details. Bcz have tried from different browsers i am able to fill only one designated partner details.what about second designated partner details. Is any one facing this issue.

We are filing LLP Fillip Form. Can we attach latest municipal tax paid receipt as address proof of LLP?? or is it mandatory to attach utility bill not older than 2 months?? Please advise.

A RUN-LLP application submitted on 23/06/2020 is still pending for approval. Would like to know from members who have recently submitted RUN-LLP and for FiLLiP as to approximate number of days CRC is taking currently for approval of RUN-LLP and for FiLLiP.

How to cancel a fillip form SRN, when the form is in Resubmission status on MCA.
Now the partners don't intend to continue with the incorporation with Mumbai ROC.
They wish to incorporate new LLP in Karnataka ROC.
So members, what is the procedure to cancel SRN of Fillip form.

Please guide, Fillip form during upload giving error "Please attach DSC of practising professional" where as DSc is attached in form.
Please help to resolve same.

Hii..can any one pls confirm whether subscriber sheet as required to be attached in form FILLip needs to be handwritten by the partners and the professional or we can simply type also and then physically sign..what is the latest scenario

While applying for the incorporation of LLP through Form LLP, only 2 DPs are allowed without a DPIN, we have a situation where there are 3 proposed DPs and none of them have DPIN. How to go about in this situation. Request your guidance on this matter.
