I have been trying to file LLP form 8 for the past 4 months with a strange error.
The eform has two 3 (a) fields and one 3(b) field.
The two 3(a) fields have the same description.
When I enter the LLPIN in the first 3(a) field and leave the field,
llp name is displayed in the 3(b) .
The second 3(a) field shows 'Select a value' but there is nothing to select.
If I fill all the other fields and try to press Next button, form throws error pointing to the second 3(a) field saying 'Enter relevant details'
It is so frustrating. Raising muliple service requests was entirely useless.
Please help.

I am trying to fill out Form 8 – Statement of Account and solvency as of 31.03.2021. I am filling Rs. 1 Lakh as a contribution received but the system is showing the ‘There is a Validation error in the field ’. The contribution amount submitted in Form 11 is Rs 1 Lakh.

My agile form is not getting updated, I’m attaching new attachments in agile form and after downloading it shows the same attachment which were uploaded earlier, also the date on the last page is not getting updated.

As defined in Section 2(85) of the Companies Act, 2013, the criteria of Small Company is not applicable to the company which is a subsidiary of another company.
In Our case Company B (small Company) is a 100% subsidiary of Company A and hence we have to file Form MGT-7 for Company B. But The Form MGT-7 shows prefill error message as "Company is small Company, please file MGT-7A"
We Can not file Form MGT-7A for Company B, because it will not allow us to fill up Holding Company details in Form MGT-7A.
We also raised ticket about this Error on MCA, on which we received the following reply
"As per our database , your company is a small company .Hence please file MGT-7A."
Please help to solve this problem.
