I have a specific query wrt to ROC, Kanpur. A company was incorporated and has not done any filings and has not even filed INC 22A. Can it apply for strike off?
Also in the master data, it is showing as default in annual filing of 2026-17 & 2017-18.

Client filled a CHG 4 in somewhere 2013...but there was a delay of just 1 day which got condoned and order for condonation filed with respective ROC but since then the form is pending and charge is still pending....
Can anyone advise on the matter and get it resolved at ROC, Kanpur.
