CHG-4 Held in Abeyance- Kanpur ROC

Dear Members,

Client filled a CHG 4 in somewhere 2013...but there was a delay of just 1 day which got condoned and order for condonation filed with respective ROC but since then the form is pending and charge is still pending....

Can anyone advise on the matter and get it resolved at ROC, Kanpur.

In case of transfer in abeyance, who is entitled to receive dividend?

In case a transfer has not been registered in the books of a company, then the transferor can entitled to receive dividend if he is a registered holder as on the record date?
