V3 portal ask for payment after uploading the form, if we make payment next da same amount is reflected for the payment, shall it be considered as pay later? If yes then how to determine the date when pay later expires?

Dear All,
I have upload the SPICE + incorporation form last night 02/09/2021 Form is uploaded successfully and SRN generated But When i select pay later option site will not respond and not able to make payment and pay later challan is not generated.
Yesterday was last date to upload the form So can I cancel the SRN and upload the form again because 02/09/2021 was last date can we upload today
I am unable to make payment thru pay later option today but not able to file Screen shows our apologies
So please help in solving the issue

We filed Form SH-7 last week with paylater option in challan for increase in authorised share capital. Challan was subsequently paid but Form SH-7 is not yet approved and authorised share capital is not yet updated. Any solution?
