I am trying to fill BEN 2 for a person who is a citizen of U.S.A and when I am entering the passport number, it states "invalid format of passport number", Could anyone please tell what to do in such case?

There is no change in any detail of a Director since last year's DIR-3 KYC filing. But he has renewed his Passport and new passport number is issued to him. Do I need to file DIR-6 or do I need to file DIR-3 KYC? Or should I directly do Web Based KYC?

when i am entering the passport no of a italy citizen who is SBO, it is saying wrong no. I AM entering it from seeing the passport.
