I need to change my mail id. The OTPs go to the old mail id which I have no access to. Have tried DIR-3KYC : Error saying KYC already done. Both web and non-web DIR-6 : No option to change mail id Sent request by speed post to DIN Cell Raised ticket Mail to every single mail id available on-line Tweeted Speak to helpdesk daily No idea what to do next. Please help.
