Whether the provisions regarding payment of salary, deductions, termination grounds etc under above said act, applicable to the Director who is also in whole time employment of the company

A private company was incorporated. DOI was 01 June 2021
SPICe+ form was modified after that including Shop & Establishment Act regn for Delhi location
Is it required to get separate shops and establishment registration for company in location other than Delhi? If required what is the time limit to do so?
