Dear All,
An organization which was classified as medium enterprise in an earlier system (EM Part-II or UAM), but now, since the limits have been revised, and, as per the new limits, the said organization is no longer a medium enterprise, rather, it has become a large enterprise.
So, the question is Udyam registration is only for micro, small and medium enterprise and not large enterprise, so, whether, the said organization is still required to obtain/migrate to Udyam registration considering change in the enterprise status due to change in limits ?
Opinions are invited in this regard please.

Your information of investment and turnover detail has been received from Income tax department against your Udyam Reference Number UDYAM-XX-XX-XXXXXXX, please verify and update the detail. After update you can print Udyam Registration Certificate
The company does not have any ITR? How to solve this.

A company whose revenue/turnover is zero and which has NIL Investment in Plant & Machinery, will it be termed as Micro Enterprise and whether the same is required to have Udyam Registration?
A micro enterprise, where the investment in plant and machinery or equipment does not exceed one crore rupees and turnover does not exceed five crore rupees;
