Dear Friends,
Can anyone of you help me on the below case.
I have submitted incorporation form with Virtual office agreement as Registered office proof. MCA has sent for resubmission stating it is a violation under sec.12 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Now trying to get a co-working space for a month and attach it in the form. Will it help the incorporation process or still would be considered as violation. Please advise/
If any of you have faced a similar problem, please help me out.
