    change shareholding of newly Incorporated company

    Dear members,

    the newly incorporated company wants to have two shareholders holding shares in 80:20 ratio, wants to change shareholding in the company to 50: 50 ratio

    PLEASE ADVICE HOW TO GO AHEAD.

    • Dear Members

      Firstly you have to split the shares of a person holding 80% shares in the ratio of 50% and afterthat transfer them to the other member holding 20% shares by executing share transfer deed in SH-4.
