Please advise on the below query:
The company CIN shows a particular industry code and the company is carrying on some objects which are very much in the Memorandum of Association. These objects are not in the main division code forming part of CIN
Can the company continue this?

Has anyone carried out the process of issue of debentures in the private company?
Can anyone please provide the checklist along with the format of documents required to get ready for the above purpose?
