One Private Limited Company is engaged in the Business of Manufacturing and Trading of Small Machines.
Now promoters have decided to start trading some Specific groceries.
Can the trading of Groceries be done in the same company in which the Company is dealing in Machines, by changing the Objects.
Is such a type of change in Objects acceptable?
