Company was incorporated in 2019 as NBFC (not applied for license also with RBI) named ABC Pvt Ltd - Can we file INC-20A now without introducing the subscribed capital by attaching a clarification letter stating the reasons and no intention to carry out NBFC objects?

i have incorporated a company on 28/12/2021 but still commencement of business not filed because shareholder preparing their funds.
is financial year for the company is 31/03/2022?
if yes how can i conduct the AGM &Books finalisation without any business and sharecapital within the due date?

Hello,
A Private Limited Company (having share capital) has filed Form INC-20A within stipulated time period and the form was approved through STF process by MCA. The Company has only received "Approval" mail from MCA. Should we also wait for any certificate for commencement of business from ROC?

Hi All,
There is a company which got registered in the last year of 2020 and one year has passed already. When we are filing STK-2 for closure of the company under Fast Track Exit Scheme, it says Commencement of Business Form INC-20A has not been filed.
The company does not have any current account since incorporation. What to do now? Shall we file INC-20A now showing cash as part of receiving subscription money?

If a company has filed the declaration form on 28/09/2020
Company incorporation date is 09/05/2019.
180 days from incorporation is 05/11/2019.
In this case what is the event date?

One of the subscriber has paid subscription money in November and other in January 2021 as per mca circular 180+180 days has been given to file 20a.
So what date of commencement should be entered in form

while uploading form INC 20A, Declaration of commencement of business, the error that the Declaration of commencement of business is not applicable to the Company, registered office address is not updated in the system, what does its mean, pls clarify.
