A company has outstanding debt instruments and wants to roll over them for a further period of time and is regularly paying interest obligations. what are the other conditions required for such rollover?

The Financial Statements are prepared in Indian AS. Some portion of redeemable pref. shares are shown in other equity ( as the equity portion of the compound financial instrument) and the remaining portion in Long term Borrowings(as liability component of compound Financial Instrument).
So the query is while preparing MGT-9 to calculate indebtedness whether we have to take the number of redeemable pref shares shown in Long term borrowings in Secured loans?
Even for that matter the amount of indebtedness in MGT-7?
What will be the paid-up capital of the Company?

The Company has to sale its receivables via securitisation through PTC. which provisions of the Companies Act 2013 to be complied with in this regard.?type of resolutions to be passed whether at board level or at General meeting
Can a financial creditor in respect of whom there is no default
file an application of resolution under the IBC 2016?
