The audit of a company was not finalized and hence AGM can not be held. The company has also not generated UDIN. The last date of holding AGm was 30.11.2021 and the last date of generation of UDIN has also expired, is there any solution to this problem?

One PVT Co is incorporated on August 2019 and till date no compliance is done. So while filing Annual returns we've to quote UDIN Number on MGT-7. Now how we can proceed for the year 2019-20 annual returns, as we cannot generate UDIN back dated.

Is there any problem in generation of challan and getting PAID Status, when payment is made from SBI internet banking ( even after clicking on 'click here' option under Track payment )?
In my case, amount got debited to SBI account, challan was not generated and status was NOT PAID. This happened with two different returns.
Whereas ,when payment is made from ICICI, challan gets generated immediately.
Any solution for this?

92 (2) The annual return, filed by a listed company or, by a company having such paid-upcapital and turnover as may be prescribed, shall be certified by a company secretary in practice in the prescribed form, stating that the annual return discloses the facts correctly and adequately and that the company has complied with all the provisions of this Act.

In a private limited company, Previous auditor was given resignation on 28th July 2019 before signing the Audit report,certifying the financials for the FY 2018-19.
Casual vacancy due to resignation of previous auditor filled by the board on 26-08-2019 in a EGM.(ADT-1 still not filed).
Note : Previous auditor filed ADT-3 Resignation (Reason :Due to pre- occupied engagements) with MCA with date of resignation as 28th July 2019 with late fee on 13-01-2020.
What is the solution,to Sign the New auditor want to sign with back date on Audit report and certifying the financials with date as on 04-09-2019 even though UDIN not generated till date (30-01-2020) ?
Is it possible to generate UDIN now (31-01-2020) and use the same to sign the Audit report with date 04-09-2019. is any any alternative is there for that?
