A company of Bihar, Patna incorporated on 31/05/2016 has to pay stamp duty in Bihar only. Its total equity shares are 10,000 @ Rs 10 each and preference shares of 17000 at face value only. An LLP has been incorporated in Jan 2021, LLP has filed their FORM 11 but not filed their FORM 8.
If LLP wants to file their FORM 8 in that case what would be the date of the event to calculate additional fees it should be 31/03/2021 or 30/10/2021.

A private company held its AGM on 29.11.2021 for year ended 31.03.2021.
Now if company files its Form MGT-7 on 06.01.2022 then what shall be fees on Form MGT-7
Does that shall be normal fees only or any additional fees shall apply on it.
