An OPC Was Incorporated as on 18.05.2018 Under Jurisdiction of Delhi ROC. Since two year of incorporation is not expired as on date and there is no any time period mentioned under section 248(2) of Companies act 2013, therefore Whether we can apply for strike off this Company ? Please guide me in this regard.
