This is with regard to incorporation of a proposed LLP who want their main nature of business to be investments in sectors such as real estate. My query is, can a LLP be incorporated solely for investment purpose and also do we require prior approval from RBI? Request the esteemed members of this group to guide me. Thank you in advance.
