Have not done any filling from incorporation till the date.
Can we ignore Annuals fillings for the year 2019-2020.
And start Annuals filling from FY 2020-2021 without Director Disqualification.
(As Disqualification u/s 164 for directors only Attracted if Fillings not done for 3 consecutive Financial years.)
