What is the maximum time gap between two AGMs in case of AGM Extension order for FY 2019-20 by ROC?
For Ex: AGM of the FY 2018-19 convened on 25th of July 2019, the due date of AGM is 25th of October 2020 (earliest of the preceding date of fifteen months or six months from the ending of the financial year).
Can the company avail advantage of the general prolongation given by RoC by three months and convene its AGM latest by the 25th of December 2020 or 25th of October 2020 will be the last date to convene the AGM.
Opinions are invited in this regard.
Hello Members,
One of our company is under IRP and NCLT has now accepted the resolution plan of new directors. As per NCLT order, new directors are to be inducted in company. But form DIR-12 can not be filed without the co-operation of old directors but they are not co-operating. We have filed form GNL-2 with all attachments for addition of new directors by ROC from back office. Is it ok?
Dear All,
We had filed CG-1 for delay in filing of Form MGT-14.
CG-1 is Approved. In the Approval mail it was mentioned that Order is sent by Speed Post to the Registered Office of the Company. But the Company has not received the Order yet even after 2 weeks.
What should be done in this case? We had also raised ticket but they replied that they cannot do anything about it.
