Hello Members,
Can anyone confirm that in case of condonation of delay in filing CHG-4 beyond 300 days, if we are filing form CHG-8, it is asking for SRN of CHG-4. So do we have to file form CHG-4 before filing CHG-8?
Is it mandatory to do condonation inn case of delay in filing CHG-4 after 30 days but within 300 days ?

Delay of more than a year in filing Form MGT-14 for a Resolution u/s. 117 whether the Company has to apply for Condonation of Delay in CG-1 to Central Government or has to apply for Compounding in GNL-1 to the ROC?
Section 117(2) prescribes the penalty for delay.
whether that will be applicable or the CG or ROC will determine/adjudicate?
