We have paid paid challan for SPICE Part B and for stamp duty also but challan for stamp duty not generated ...and the name is expiring today..do we need go for extension of name as status showing waiting for stamp duty.

I have incorporated a company and received re submission error that MCA have no consonance with NIC code 51 provided in spice+form but I have not entered 51 anywhere in the form
Any solution to the above problem or any one faced this type of issue.

In one of my client company incorporation,PAN card has a name of her husband but while filling the form its asking for Father's name,what should i do,should i put her father's name there though PAN card has her husband's name or need to change the name in PAN card?

Dear All,
I am facing error while uploading SPICe Plus Part-A and B stating that "
23624 entered is not a valid Membership Number.
DSC is not registered with 23624 23624 on MCA portal."
Membership number is valid and still error is occuring.
I raised a ticket to MCA and found no satisfactory response and I also re-registered Membership No. at MCA portal too.
Please guide what to do to resolve the issue.
