In what circumstances, special notice is required for the appointment of person other than the retiring auditor ?
Hi Everyone!
Whether a public company is required to file DIR-12 in the case where a director is eligible to be retired in the AGM but due to unavailability of new director, the same is re-appointed in that AGM ?
Please let me know , is it required to file DIR-12 in case of reappointment of retiring of Director u/s 152(6) of Companies act 2013.
