Whether the underlying shares of unpaid or unclaimed dividends are required to be transferred to IEPF when the amount of unpaid or unclaimed dividend is being transferred?

Can anyone please share a complete checklist for transfer of unpaid/unclaimed dividend and transfer of Shares to IEPF.

One of my client has private limited company & has declare the dividend in past 2 years continuously.
In this process the company has one foreign shareholder but the that shareholder dose not have any NRO Account in India. She has only NRE Account.
Now the the bank is not accepting the cheque of dividend.
My query is how to pay dividend to that shareholder?
Company has still not open the Unpaid Dividend Account.

Dear All, A Company declared Dividend on 28/09/2017 (date of AGM). One Shareholder did not encash the Dividend Warrant within due date. So the Company transferred the unpaid / unclaimed Dividend to Unpaid Dividend Account of a Scheduled Bank. Thereafter the Shareholder encashed the Dividend warrant. Now should the Company file IEPF-2 and host the details in its website ? Kindly guide.
