Please guide that whether stamping of share certificates is applicable on a company registered in Chandigarh or only Re. 1 revenue stamps on share certificates will suffice the purpose.
If stamping on share certificates is applicable in Chandigarh, then what is the prevailing rate of stamp duty??

LLP is registered in New Delhi. Its total contribution obligated is Rs. 1 Crore.
