Is there any necessity to file form ADT 1 for first auditor appointment in a Pvt ltd covered under section 8.

Please guide that whether stamping of share certificates is applicable on a company registered in Chandigarh or only Re. 1 revenue stamps on share certificates will suffice the purpose.
If stamping on share certificates is applicable in Chandigarh, then what is the prevailing rate of stamp duty??

Hi,
We are not able to prefill INC-22A form for pvt ltd company. It says Annual return not filed for FY 2018.
Company FY is Jan to December. Hence 2018 filing will take place only after this June.
How to resolve this?
