Class II DSC has been done away at most of the places and now Class III DSC is required. However, in your case it is suggested to make use of Aadhar OTP instead of using the DSC. Hope this helps.
Please use only class 3 DSC (for DGFT Purpose) and the same is mandatory.
A Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate is essential for any organisation seeking an Import or an Export Licence and also for updation.
