Please tell me if my company is already registered with a certain name enters into new set of activities of business which are not in consonance with the name of the company. Can a company continue with such activities of business ?

If first Auditor do not want to continue with Company, then what documents should be taken from first Auditor by the Company.
{Please note that First Auditor has signed the Balance Sheet for First Financial Year of the Company later on In first AGM will appoint another auditor for five years and Company is a small Company}
