Being a PCS before affixing DSC of any Promoter on any Form under Companies Act. is it mandatory to take written Authority Letter for the same?

In case the subscriber to the memorandum is a foreign national
residing outside India, his signatures and address, etc. shall be
witnessed by a Notary Public/Embassy/Consulate offices of
Embassies as per the Rule 13 of the Companies (Incorporation)
Rules, 2014. In such cases, how can the DSC of such a witness
be affixed?
Dear All,
Please help me solve this issue:
I have filled all incorporation forms and the maxi size of forms is 1.5 MB but after affixing DSC the forms size increased from 1.5 MB to 10 MB.
Pls help me to resolve this issue.

Dear Learned Members
While filing a Form CSR 1 we have to choose the designation of person signing the Form.
What if the person whose signature to be affixed is Director in another private company and Trustee in Organization for which CSR 1 is being filed. what designation to be chosen. Director or Trustee or Authorized Representative?
His DSC is already registered with MCA as director.
Please guide.

Can director/chairman affix DSC in board meeting papers like attendance sheet, minutes book, CTC of resolution, etc instead of physical signatures?
