The below are the queries in respect of the LLP
1. To change the designation of the partner from DESIGNATED PARTNER TO PARTNER - which LLP form to be filed.
In form 4 - s.no.6 while i am entering for the change in the designation its not showing the new designation
2. The individuals continue as partners in the LLP after the above change in the designation.

Dear Members,
We have incorporated a LLP, in which 2 designated partners and 3 partners. We have also filed form 3 for LLP agreement. Now we want to change the designation of partners into designated partners and for this we have taken the din no. of all these partners and we are trying to file form 4 but error occurs that "No data for this DPIN". Please solve this problem.

For that, i had filed form dir-3 & get the DIN of that partner.
Now while filing Form 4 for change in designation, the system has shown an error that
NO DATA FOR THIS DPIN.
DIN is already approved.

While filing a Form CSR 1 we have to choose the designation of person signing the Form.
What if the person whose signature to be affixed is Director in another private company and Trustee in Organization for which CSR 1 is being filed. what designation to be chosen. Director or Trustee or Authorized Representative?
His DSC is already registered with MCA as director.
Please guide.

Dear Sir,
Is it required mandatory by law to mention subject in the notice for change of designation of additional director to director.
Do we have to mention in AGM extracts the resolution of change, which are attached in AOC-4.
In DIR-12, it is not asking any extracts or evidence of change. Still is it required by law to attach copy of notice and AGM extracts?

Hi,
A person is appointed as a Managing Director in a Pvt. Ltd. company and now want to get designation changed as Director.
In DIR-12 for Change in designation, what all attachment is required?
Only Resolution for Change in designation will do? or need to attach Resignation as MD and also attach DIR-2 as consent to act as Director.

Please clarify the following;
A Private Limited company has two directors but both are additional directors. One director was appointed in 2018 and one in 2019. Both the directors were not regularised in the respective AGM. Can we take the benefit of CFSS scheme and file form DIR-12 mentioning the change in designation date as the AGM of 2018/2019.
Form AOC-4 for the FY 2018-19 specifies the designation of the director as additional director. Filing back-dated form in this case is advisable?
