Please provide the name of a section 8 or 25 company which has converted into other types of companies under Companies Act, 2013.

PAS-3 was filed when CCPS (Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares) were issued 3 years ago. Now do we have to file PAS-3 again after conversion of CCPS into Equity? If not, then do we have to file any form to intimate the conversion to ROC?

Need name of a company which was converted to private limited from the partnership firm.
Wanted to see their financials for reference.
I wanted to convert LLP into the company. But LLP has some open charges in its books.
Now can LLP can be converted into Company without the satisfaction of its charges?
Will the converted preferred shares be given a new securities identification number?
