We are facing problem in filing of DPT3 as under
1. First time
BR no and date tab are inactive, when uploaded error shown was signatory not authorised
2. filed DPT 3 and downloaded for DSC but in workspace showing PAS 6 and if we try to down load again it is PAS 6 of some other company
Any suggestion pls?

So the above co. is required to file DPT3 or not ?

What shall be the consequences if filing of Form DPT3 is applicable as there are outstanding loans as on 31st March 2021 but Company does not file within due date.
