problem in filing of DPT3

problem in filing of DPT3

We are facing problem in filing of DPT3 as under
1. First time
BR no and date tab are inactive, when uploaded error shown was signatory not authorised

2. filed DPT 3 and downloaded for DSC but in workspace showing PAS 6 and if we try to down load again it is PAS 6 of some other company

Any suggestion pls?
