We are facing problem in filing of DPT3 as under
1. First time
BR no and date tab are inactive, when uploaded error shown was signatory not authorised
2. filed DPT 3 and downloaded for DSC but in workspace showing PAS 6 and if we try to down load again it is PAS 6 of some other company

I am trying to fill Form CSR-2 and has filled values of Net worth, Turnover and Net Profit as per Form AOC-4
But in pre scrutiny, the error is coming that values of Net worth, Turnover and Net Profit is not as per Form AOC-4.
How to resolve this, since I am already filling details in CSR-2 as per AOC-4.

I am trying to fill subscriber and directors detail in Spice + Part B.
But, the details of subscriber and directors doesn't get filled completely and the session expires.
And if I am trying to save subscribers detail before filling directors details, the subscriber details doesn't get saved.
How to solve this problem and save and fill subscriber and directors detail in SPice + Part B.

I am facing problem in DSC registration on MCA under Manager/Secretary category as a Company Secretary due to first name of father is mandatory column to fill but as per my PAN card my father name is last name. Please tell me how I register the same.
Note :- We have only single name in PAN card record and as per PAN card authority policy in case of single name by default it should be last name.

Name approval was done before 15.02.2020 hence it was incorporated using earlier SPICE form and AGILE form instead of SPICE + and AGILE pro but actually incorporation process completed in 3rd March, 2020 (after the cut off date as per shram suvidha portal). ESI and PF registration was optional in Eariler AGILE form which is mandatory in AGILE pro form and we opted for not to register under ESI and PF Act at the time of incorporation. Now there business is expanding and they mandatorily have to register under ESIC and EPF, but we could not process that because "https://registration.shramsuvidha.gov.in/" portal is not supported for the same.

Message displayed is " You are not authorised for registration. Registration for EPFO and ESIC for new public & private limited companies and OPC has been stopped on Shram Suvidha Portal from 15.02.2020.
W.e.f. 15.02.2020, new public and private limited companies and OPC shall get registration number for EPFO and ESIC on MCA portal through SPICE + and AGILE pro e forms only at the time of incorporation.
However, the above new companies will have to comply with the provisons of EPF & MP Act, 1952 and ESI Act, 1948 when they cross the threshold limit of employment under the respective acts.

The problem - On inputting the CIN of the company U80904MH2018PTC318389 , the form indicates that the DECLARATION OF COMMENCEMENT OF BUSINESS IS NOT APPLICABLE TO THE COMPANY .
I have raised a ticket SR 1089849 on 28 Mar 19 , as I am getting a message
"Declaration of Commencement of Business not applicable to the company"
though the company is registered ( on 17 Dec 2018 ) after 30 Nov 2018 and is required irequired to be filed pursuant to Pursuant to Section 10A(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 23A of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 within 180 days i.e. by 18 Jun 2019.
I ma not getting any satisfactory resolution despite trying several times with freshly downloaded forms. Whenever Helpdesk is contacted I am informed that the company is required to file INC 20A and there seems to be a technical issue which will be escalated to tech Team. The due date is approaching and the company would default for a problem which is unresolved.
I request you to help as soon as possible
