Can anyone please clarify in which company its applicable and what will be the due date ?

Hi Everyone,
While filing eForm INC-24 and filling MGT-14 Form filing date, the error is showing as a java pop that
"Date should be less than or equal to system date".
Kindly help.
Fresh notification on MCA portal:
"CFSS-2020 Form shall be available for filing as eForm w.e.f 16th January 2021. Stakeholders may please take note and plan accordingly."
What it means?
Does it means CFSS extension??
